kentuck's JournalCould the Feds take over the Atlanta RICO case?
It is my understanding that Federal laws were also violated.
Is this not possible?
The Supreme Court is guilty of obstruction of justice.
Not only that, they are in violation of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
It is no secret that Clarence Thomas and his wife, Ginni, assisted the insurrectionists on January 6th, 2021.
By preventing Donald Trump from going to trial, the present Justices are "aiding and abetting" the insurrectionists and they are violating their oath to protect and defend the Constitution.
They have become nothing more than partisan puppets.

Why Mitch McConnell decided to step down from leadership in November?
He simply could not stand the idea of defending Donald Trump any longer, if he was elected President. He could see the writing on the wall. He knew what he would be asked to do.
He is fearful of what Donald Trump will do if elected in November. He does not want to be connected to him in any way.
But, it is too late.
McConnell had his chances and he blew it. He wanted to go down in history as creating a conservative Supreme Court. Instead, he will go down in history as creating a dictator that destroyed democracy in America.
Thanks a lot, Mitch!
Does the Supreme Court decision stop all Federal prosecutions in their tracks?
Most notably, the election interference in Washington DC and the stolen documents case in Florida?
Since they have already side-tracked the Georgia investigation of Fani Willis, the only case that is actually still active is the New York Fraud case, which the Supreme Court cannot stop, as far as we know?
It appears that the Supreme Court has made the decision to assist Donald Trump in his efforts to delay his criminal trials.
They like to portray it as a Democratic Party attack upon Trump and the Republican Party, when in fact, it is a Republican Party attack upon the rule of justice.
Republicans know Trump is going to trial...
Yet, they pretend it is no big deal.
They have no one to blame but themselves when they start screaming and pulling their hair out because the DOJ and the Democrats are prosecuting their "nominee".
Yet, like the Big Muddy, they are waist deep and the damn fool tells them to "keep marching".
Only they can fix their problem. The right-wing media is not going to fix it. The MAGA base is not going to fix it. It's their baby.
July will be here soon and they will be nominating Donald Trump at their National Committee. They know what they are doing.
May they disappear into the ether of history.

What are FOX News and the Republicans saying about the Russian spy feeding them information?
They are a deep and dangerous threat to our democracy.
No doubt, they will say nothing. They will be like Sgt Schultz on Hogan's Heroes.
Both FOX and the Republicans have been working hand in hand to try and destroy the Bidens for the benefit of Trump. They have been shoveling this disinformation for years.
And they just want to forget about it?
The American people need to know who they have been listening to for their "news".
Did Trump and Rudy conspire with Russia to feed disinformation to the Republicans in Congress?
My guess would be that they did.
In fact, Congress was investigating the Bidens for the benefit of Donald Trump.
According to James Comer and other stooges, he was an FBI informant. In reality, he was an agent of the Russian Intelligence, and worked with the Russian organized crime families.
And the ignorant Republicans were all ears. He was their star witness against the Bidens.
If Trump and Rudy worked with the Russians on this conspiracy - call it treason - what should be done?
When asked how fascism starts, Bertrand Russell once said:
"First, they fascinate the fools. Then, they muzzle the intelligent."
How long does Trump have to come up with money?
Does he have to make public where he gets the funds? Is there a law?
Can he get the funds?
What happens if he does not have the money?
Does he go to Putin or the Saudis for help? Or to Jared?
He's a useful idiot but a tool nonetheless.
It's almost like an interesting spy novel...
