This is a violation of Georgia Law.
Your real question seems to be "are some of Trump's actions in Georgia chargeable under Federal Law?" Possibly, but that's for the Special Prosecutor to decide. The fact that he hasn't may mean he doesn't think they're provable or likely to enhance the Election interference case.

Georgia would have to find a new prosecutor and begin again. Judge is a Federalist Society member.
