Donald Trump has stolen much more than $175 million...

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/report-trump-lost-more-1-billion-1985-1994-n1003141

(snip)
WASHINGTON — The New York Times reported Tuesday that Donald Trump’s businesses lost more than $1 billion from 1985 to 1994, based on tax information the newspaper acquired.

The Times said it has acquired printouts from the future president’s official IRS tax transcripts, including figures from his federal tax form.

The newspaper said Trump reported business losses of $46.1 million in 1985, and a total of $1.17 billion in losses for the 10-year period.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
(Another small example from the Trump University): He was ordered to pay a $25 million dollar fine for ripping people off. Of course, this was after he made profits of more than $80 million. He still came out far ahead on the deal.
The "hush money" case never received the attention it deserved...
It was much more important than portrayed in the media.
Simply because, if it had not been paid, and it had become public information, Trump may never have been elected in 2016. It could have changed the course of history.
But, it was a cover-up.
After all the negative coverage about "genital grabbing", etc., it would not have been a favorable story to try and counter. It should not have been withheld from the public.
For those that say it would not have mattered - that people had already made up their minds - I am not so sure about that.
The idea that Trump and Cohen believed it was important enough to pay to keep it hushed, says a lot about its importance, in my opinion.
How stupid is the "Trump Cult"?
How smart do they think they are?
Just my observation, but they act like they are the most informed voters on earth when they start spouting their propaganda. They are super proud of what they have learned since they joined the "cult". They have an answer for every question. If you think you can trick them into agreeing with facts outside their world, they will quickly inform you that if Donald Trump did it or said it, then he had a very good reason to do so, and they trust him over all the fake news.
Stupidity is to be celebrated, not to be castigated or vilified. After all, why would so many people show up at a Trump rally and hardly anyone shows up at a Biden rally? Answer that, Einstein! Isn't that proof that Trump won the election and Joe Biden never received the votes that they reported?
But, don't call them a "Cult". They don't like that. They are enlightened Americans who realized that there was only one guy willing to "tell it like it is". Why do you have so much difficulty understanding that?
"Your money or your life?"
In my opinion, this encapsulates the day for Donald John Trump:
Tell MSNBC to take a hike!
Ronna McDaniel is MAGA. She has defended Trump every step of the way. It is a slap in the face to every honest-thinking American that NBC would hire that anti- democratic, anti-American, MAGA-supporting "politician" to spew her BS allover again. Put her back under the rock with the rest of the haters and traitors. We have no need to hear anything else from any of them.
The point is that the voters should never have been put under the duress of a Trump candidacy...
He betrayed this country and should never have been on the ballot, in the first place. Only someone who has been asleep for the last 4 years does not know that he incited an insurrection against our government.
He should have been prevented from running by the 14th Amendment. But the Supreme Court ruled otherwise. In perhaps the most important Amendment in our Constitution, they chose to ignore it.
Now, voters are under the duress of having a possible treasonous dictator as the next president.
It really wasn't necessary.
If Justice had only done its job.
Our system has failed the people up to this point.
Few expect it to change in the near future.
How certain are you that the Supreme Court will deny "absolute immunity" to Trump?
In my opinion, Trump wants the Court to just say there is some sort of "immunity" and he and the Republicans will take care of the rest of it.
They don't have to say there is "absolute immunity".
All Trump needs is just an opening so he can spin it for his cult and sycophants.
Trump only wants the Court to say there is some "immunity" in some instances.
That is all that he needs.
He will take that to the trial with him.
Trump has the money for the bond - he just hasn't figured out how to handle it politically.
Just as his son told reporters back in 2016, "we get most of our financing from Russia". Putin is not about to let this fish go. He will put up the money for Donald.
In the meantime, TSF will attempt to "negotiate" a better deal as Vladimir tries to get the right oligarch to bail him out. He would prefer to keep his fingerprints off the deal.
In my opinion, the money is there but they just have to work out the details where they are not too embarrassing to Russia or politically damaging to TSF.
Just my opinion.
Drumpf professes his innocence but doesn't act innocent.
That is probably familiar behavior amongst all criminals?
"I did nothing!", he screams.
But he fights down to the last minute to hide the evidence and facts against himself.
One might think someone looking for the job of the presidency would want to clear his name of such serious charges?
But not this guy.
One doesn't have to be a genius to see what he is doing.
S.H.I.T.
Manure:
In the 16th and 17th centuries, everything for export had to be transported by ship. It was also before the invention of commercial fertilizers, so large shipments of manure were quite common. It was shipped dry, because in dry form it weighed a lot less than when wet.
Once water (at sea) hit it, not only did it become heavier, but the process of fermentation began again, of which a by-product is methane gas. As the stuff was stored below decks in bundles you can see what could (and did) happen. Methane began to build up below decks and the first time someone came below at night with a lantern, BOOM!
Several ships were destroyed in this manner before it was determined just what was happening.
After that, the bundles of manure were always stamped with the instruction: 'Stow high in transit' on them, which meant for the sailors to stow it high enough off the lower decks so that any water that came into the hold would not touch this "volatile" cargo and start the production of methane.
The instruction was naturally shortened to the stamp ' S.H.I.T ', (Stow High In Transit)
So it’s really not a swear word, but has come down through the centuries, and is in use to this very day.
You probably did not know the true history of this word.
Neither did I.
