Does the substantially greater volunteer rate indicated in this poll help explain why Hillary is outperforming Sanders (as well as dispel claims of an enthusiasm gap), are Bernie supporters purposefully avoiding this poll, or both?

Yes, I know it's not scientific. Just wondering though.
