16. the problem is that I don't know how we are going to find someone with standing to sue over this

Since gay couples can get married the courts are saying that there is no harm for us to sue over. I think what needs to happen is that a gay person in a county that is served entirely by magistrates who refuse (there is one of those) needs to sue over the fact they can't use a magistrate for other purposes.
