The original (1977/78) Poldark with Robin Ellis as Ross is my all-time fave.

I read the books then, too! Winston Graham then wrote a bunch more so I haven't read them all.

I echo that. I've read only the first 6, but they were great. I also like the more recent Poldark

IMO the more recent depiction of Ross and Demelza is actually truer to the book versions and both
