they won't care. It includes the county where the Koch brothers' grandfather ran a newspaper. It has a Cook Partisan rating of 26. It was the district which had the lowest vote for Obama in 2008 and second lowest for Hillary. If voters there hear about Jackson's demotion they will dismiss it as political first, and then just ignore the facts if they are pressed.
