49. CA investigators need to find out where this guy's getting the money

Unless he's a one-per-center, and it doesn't sound like it. He's getting the money from somewhere, and that makes him a front. Also why was he storing the arsenal in his own home?

If he's legally barred from owning weapons, why does he own weapons?
