Harvard, MIT Sue Trump Administration Over International-Student Policy
Policy forbids international students from staying in U.S. if classes are taught entirely online

Harvard and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology sued the Trump administration on Wednesday over its new policy barring international students from coming to or remaining in the U.S. if their classes are taught entirely online.
The suit, filed in the U.S. District Court in Boston, alleges that the new policy issued by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which overturned guidance universities had been given in the spring, came with no notice and was "arbitrary and capricious."
