The Kavanaugh majority will determine that the "undue burdue" test on abortion regulations will never be met, that virtually any abortion regulation will not amount to an undue burden on abortion.
That is how Kavanaugh ruled in the case of the 17 year old immigrant girl who wanted an abortion. He ruled that requiring her to first get a government-assigned sponsor (something she had been unable to do) was not an undue burden. If needlessly requiring the impossible before she can get an abortion is not an undue burden, nothing is.
