36. Consider these two words, Huckabee: posse comitatus

Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.

It is always a wise idea to familiarize oneself with the laws of the land before pursuing the Chief Executive Office of our government. Ignorance of the law is no excuse, as you might have heard, but it is also a very inconvenient trait to display while claiming to be a man of God while threatening acts of a demon.
