13. They are saying it is a city ordinance. As far as I can tell today you are more likely to be killed

by a cop if your "crime" is some little thing everyone does than if you rob a bank. Jaywalking, selling cigs out of your own pack, looking at a toy gun in Walmart, making eye contact with a policeman, playing with a gun in a park, driving a car with a broken tail light, etc.

This is worse than a police state. I is just plain insane.
