Look, I'm no great fan of Garland either, but I just spent over 30 minutes trying to find any confirmation that Garland is or ever has been a member of the Federalist Society. Apparently he was, at one point, listed on the organization's website as an "Expert" (although there was a disclaimer on that page that indicated that a person's listing on that page was no indication that the person was affiliated with or in any way endorsed the beliefs of the Federalist Society), and has often moderated Federalist Society events. But a "lifelong member of the Federalist Society?" I could find nothing that even remotely hinted at that.

If they know, then why bother with it? It will be pointless after the election if Trump wins.

The people can't (and shouldn't) decide prosecution outcomes, two different 'fates'.
Think. Again.
