This Supreme Court is guilty of obstruction of justice...

In the January 6th insurrection case and the charges against Donald Trump and the question of his immunity, the court's inserting themselves in this case at all and particularly given the timing issue - is obstruction of justice. It is defacto giving Mr. Trump immunity even though the Court *may* eventually rule he has no immunity in this case. Because of the timing, he will likely enjoy full immunity anyway. Americans believe the Court knows this and that this in fact why this Court is inserting themselves into this process. It is a political, not a legal decision.

Not only that, but they are also violating Section 3 of the 14th Amendment by keeping Mr. Trump on the ballot nationwide when it is clear that he should not be. The Court has not ruled on this yet. But they will and Mr. Trump will remain on the ballots because this court will create a justification for it.

It is no secret that Clarence Thomas and his wife, Ginni, assisted the insurrectionists on January 6th, 2021. Justice Thomas should by all rights and anything resembling ethics, recuse himself. But he arrogantly will not do so.

By obstructing Donald Trump going to trial in the January 6th case so that they can allegedly ruminate on his "immunity" for trying to overthrow the US gov't and overturn a legitimate election, the present Justices are "aiding and abetting" the insurrectionists and they are violating their oath to protect and defend the Constitution. Instead, they are defending themselves, their political party, and Mr. Trump.

I assure you that this institution has lost all credibility with the US public and these kinds of actions, and the overturning of Roe v Wade, gutting of the Voting Rights Act and other clearly partisan and/ or religious rulings are why, along with the complete absence and enforcement of any ethics code or rules whatsoever. The Court is seen as a political arm of the GOP and little else. That is its behavior. And that is clearly seen by everyone especially Donald Trump who goes whining to this Court like a child to its mother every time someone rules against him.

SHAME.
