If it comes down to who's got more guns, Republican mobs versus Democratic mobs, the country is already screwed beyond recognition.
I don't think anyone's calling for it to go that far. I don't think they would challenge the elections in a dumb way, in the way that would involve fcing the US Army. These are punks and entitled sociopaths, not actual revolutionaries. Mob versus mob sounds too much like science fiction to me, or rather social science fiction.
They want the imprimatur of an electoral college win. They believe in the fiction of an actual majority win by Trump. I think the key will be having a documentation of ballots, not a backyard shed filled of bullets.
