28. Which account is that screenshot from, on which platform?

I'm happy to add a link to the other OP for context. A cursory look at BLM's FB, Twitter, and Instagram pages don't turn it up for me.

The other OP makes it clear that it was BLM Chicago that posted the image. The BLM Chicago Facebook and Twitter pages are longstanding and have 50-60K followers each. They appear to have at least once been legitimate.
