Sometimes it's a crap-shoot and the non-toll lanes would have been just as fast. But if the price starts creeping higher, then I make CERTAIN that I'll take them. I'd rather be home (or at least rolling at a steady pace) compared to crawling or sitting in standstill traffic.

Just stay out of those express lanes. Those prices can really bone you if you're not careful.

I would have one if I lived near and used toll roads, but I don't...so there's that...

I don't think you can drive for more than an hour (in any direction) and NOT pay a toll in PA.
