including my ER Nurse sister, who has developed hypertension and chronic intractable migraine, fairly nonresponsive to standard drug therapy. She's not been back to work since her initial illness May 4.

So, it is not merely mild/asymptomatic versus near death/death. The middle ground can be devastating as well.
