What I would like to see from Bernie is a plan for reaching those end goals and maintaining trade relations with our neighbors.
A plan could be that labor rates and environmental protections among the three countries must be equal in seven years (to throw out a timeframe). That would prevent companies from moving to a low wage country that allows the environment to be savaged. Such a plan can be put in place for every country that we trade with.

Trump is really mucking up trade issues, but we won't bring about needed change unless we have workable plans.
