When is prosecution going to . . .

Bring up the fact that if Zimmerman's gun was holstered behind him and he was lying flat on his back with Trayvon straddling him (knees near armpits) in the dark; how could Trayon have seen or reached for it? Sounds like Zimmerman had the gun in his hand before he hit the ground. None of the facts come together the way Zimmerman told it.

Swallowed, degraded or washed away.

How convenient for Zimmerman that all of the universe's forces lined up for him to get away with murder. He swallowed his blood from his battered nose through a barrage of punches and head slamming (or do I have that backwards?). The blood that splattered on Trayvon degraded. Oh, and the tissue from his injuries and Trayvon's prints and dna on the gun was washed away by the rain.

The fact that Zimmerman had no defensive wounds stretches the imagination. He didn't even scratch his elbow while retrieving his gun from its holder with a 160 pound teenager straddling him and either punching him in the face or banging his head on cement. The fact that there were no battle bruises on Trayvon stretches it further still.

Why did he talk so freely with police without an attorney? Because he was still fantasizing about being one of them. He knows enough about police shootings to know he didn't need an airtight alibi to get away with it if he was one of them.

While everyone is focusing on the prosecutor not proving beyond a doubt that Zimmerman killed Trayvon on purpose, they are overlooking the fact that there is no evidence to corroborate Zimmerman's version of what happened either. The two scratches on his head and the bump on his nose won't buy a bullet through the heart for me.

Zimmerman bit off more than he could chew.

"Don't mess around and bite off more than you can chew." My parents used to say that all the time and it had nothing to do with an actual meal. They meant for us not to pick fights we knew we could not win.

In the case of Zimmerman, the gun on his hip made him feel more powerful than he actually was. If he had not had the gun, he would simply have taken an earned ass whipping, gone home and tended to his wounds and his ego. People keep losing sight of the fact that Trayvon was not guilty of doing anything wrong, and I don't care which scenario you choose (Zimmerman chasing and finally running up on him, or Trayvon got tired of being hunted and turned the table), Zimmerman initiated the situation thinking he would be crowned the neighborhood hero again. Well, he got crowned and he did not like the fit. Zimmerman did not decide to fight back with the same amount of aggression he met, he pulled his weapon. And, for the length of time of those screams he pointed it at Trayvon and let him know he was going to die. That young man pleaded for help, not from a fist fight, but rather a gun pointed at him. The reason there was no blood on Trayvon was because it was not there during the struggle. The blood appeared after Zimmerman pulled the trigger and the gun kicked back and hit him in the face. This is obvious because Trayvon was leaning forward and his clothes were not pressed against his body when the shot was fired, hence, the gun was too close to Zimmerman's face when he pulled the trigger.

No, Travon did not stand up and say, "You got me," then fall. His hands clinched at his chest and he fell forward. Zimmerman's scuffling out from under him did not disturb his hands. No, Zimmerman did not spread Trayvon's arms out as he said. Zimmerman simply rolled up on Trayvon and expected the young, black kid to be frightened and submit to his crap. Zimmerman would have created a scenario for the police that would have Trayvon taken into custody, voila, Zimm's the man.

Zimmerman bit off more than he could chew, a child is dead, and Zimmerman is guilty.

ALL of the Repigs have been in lock step when it came to cuts that would harm the most vulnerable. The last vote the Repigs took they agreed to cut fucking Meals on Wheels. Well, Rep. King, Grimm, the rocks have fallen in your yard now and you want help cleaning them up and you SEE the heartlessness of NO. Gov. Christie, your hands are not clean either. You crawled right under that comforter with let's get rid of the unions and compete with China Romney and snuggled up close, sure they would love you right. Well, they did you . . . And none too sweetly. Too bad people who really are suffering were necessary examples to wake you guys up. The first clue should have been Cantor objecting to helping Virginia. You guys up yet?

Ann Coulter needs to STFU!!!

She said on Hannity's Clown Car Collection that if the kids had been armed the casualty count would have been less. Is there not a point where freedom of speech should be limited? As a mother of a son killed in gun violence on Christmas Eve 2001, I find no humor, sensitivity or intelligence in her statement. These people will NEVER get over this. . . They will learn to live with it is my sincerest prayer. There were days I did not think I would.

I also hope I never am in the company of this wretched woman. God only knows how it would . . .

HOW THE HELL DID PREVIOUS PRESIDENTS TRAVEL . . .

to election rallies, television appearances, etc.? Did they fly coach on American Airlines? What the hell is this Air Force One crap about now? I have never seen or heard any mention or question of any previous president's travel arrangements until now. They bitch about his vacations, his wife's vacations . . . everything! Do they know how tiresome and boring this crap is? I did not even finish reading this article about his election kick-off rally in Ohio because the first lines pissed me off, and I, for one am tired of this crap!

ARE THEY BUYING . . . .

a tie, or a voting controversy that would be decided by the Supreme Court?

The way the Republicans are running their election this year is so bizarre, one can't help but wonder if they have something up their sleeve. If they throw in enough money and chaotic legislation to create a voting nightmare, the Supreme Court will have to step in. Of course the court has been leaning to the right lately and they feel reasonably secure in the gamble.

Why else would Romney feel comfortable telling young people to get their college loans from their parents who are most likely living off of more of their retirement funds than they anticipated already? Or, John Boehner feel comfortable pushing through legislation that takes help from poor women and children? Why would they all feel secure in turning their backs on immigrants? Why is Rush Limbaugh being lower than usual, saying the rudest things he can think of about Hilary Clinton and every other woman he can call to mind? Why are they fighting to insult and disenchant everyone? The poor, women, military families, handicapped, immigrants, other countries. What are they really up to?
