And to think that I grew up in a household wherein

my Parents basically sat Shiva for eight years because Eisenhower was elected president over Adlai Stevenson. If Ike were running as a Republican candidate against Trump my parents would re-register as Republicans and go out and vote for him.

Well, maybe not. Voting Republican was not in their religion. But you get my drift.

Actually, to their dying day my mother did not stop talking about how Stevenson was called an egghead and the idiots elected Eisenhower because he was a war hero. She was however able to appreciate what Eisenhower did early on for the civil rights movement and had no vicious animosity towards him, possibly the only Republican whom she did not despise with every fiber of her being. This included the Republican dogcatcher. For everyone in that generation knew that we defeated an enemy which would have destroyed the world as we know it, and that Eisenhower was the supreme commander of the allied forces which did so.

My father on the other hand, with a pragmatic guy who understood America as America. His mantra was that you get up and go to work and do your best for those around you and vote and educate your children.

I went bowling and got an A+

I had an IQ test and aced it. The psychologist said he never thought anyone could get a score in four digits.

I went to Spring Training with the Phillies and hit a 700 foot home run off Aaron Nola and it was just a check swing. Imagine if I’d swung hard! No one had ever seen a ball travel that far.

My golf score this weekend was 17. I hit a ball that of course was a hole in one, and then it spun out, travelled exactly 215 yards and landed in the next hole. No one had ever thought that was possible.

I wrote all of Shakespeare’s plays. Some people thought Francis Bacon did but no...it was me.

And on and on..

So I had a super spreader event next to my house:

I’m going to preface this by saying that that was a distinct double entendre as you’ll see in a moment. Last week I was walking my dogs and two cars pull up to the house next-door to mine in Ventnor, New Jersey. From the cars emerge eight young gentleman and their luggage. Of course, not a mask in sight.

So they let themselves into the house, which has become a rental house most weeks of the summer, and get ensconced. A few hours later I’m out walking the dogs again, and they walk out of their house all friendly, waving, and come over and introduce themselves. I had taken three giant steps backwards but they didn’t get the hint. I had unfortunately walked outside without my mask because normally there’s no one there, my mistake. Anyway I was upwind of them and we had a very pleasant conversation the eight guys were from New York City and the suburbs and had initially wanted to go to Myrtle Beach but could not get accommodations. They asked me a few questions about the lay of the land so to speak in Atlantic City in the environs, invited me over for burgers and beer pong, which I thought was very nice actually and went about their business and I went about mine.

During the weekend I saw them in and out of the place again no masks, and doing what young guys do when they’re all together and There’s no parental supervision. Did I mention these guys are in their mid to late 20s? Anyway I pay them no mind, one of them said to me if we’re making too much noise let us know, to which I replied it’s not a problem I was young once too.

So Sunday morning, yesterday, I was awakened by one of the dogs early who was barking, and I felt like getting up anyway, I’m going downstairs letting him out, standing on the porch I watched a scene unfold: there was a car parked with its motor running in front of the house and within three minutes of my exiting my house, the door of the house next-door open three women dressed, shall we say, scantily and quite provocatively, emerged with an enormous Muscular gentleman who got into the driver seat, And whisked these young ladies away. Real pros.

So let’s do the math: Say for the sake of argument there’s just one person with a carrier in this house. That means that at least 12 people are now carriers of COVID-19 as well as possibly a few other pathologies, each of whom will be going back to his individual workplace or in the case of the ladies, several workplaces per day, and most likely shedding viral particles wherever they go. Forget exponential growth of this pandemic, consider scientific notation growth. Stephen King himself could not come up with a better scenario if he were to rewrite The Stand.

Trump logic re:any subject is derived from the following:

It’s true: His administration is a Synthesis of Monty Python, the Marx Brothers, and Dumb and Dumber. But let’s not forget Mein Kampf...

At this juncture, every day that passes is slightly less than

1% of the time remaining before Election Day. As each day passes, that percentage increases, at first slowly, then more dramatically.

Our job is to prevent the Dolt from gaining traction in any way, shape, or form. Each day is increasingly critical to keep them off their game. The death of Rep. Lewis will dominate the news cycle for two days or so which is roughly 1/50th of the time left. Counting backwards from 107 isn’t too difficult: Dump claims he was able to count backward by 7’s better than anyone who ever lived. Not bad for someone who might live to 200, right? So we can do this, folks.

Distractions and Trump gaffes are critical in keeping them from rekindling fervor in Independents. Rethugs are a list cause at this juncture for the most part: most who were tractable Have already left the Party or if not that, have no intention of voting for Trump anyway.

OK, I'm gonna say it:

I know what you're thinking. 'Did he fire six shots or only five'? Well to tell you the truth, in all this excitement, i kind of lost track myself. But being that this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel lucky?' Well do ya, punk?

No not this one, but close. I think there’s a bounty on American citizens that’s being paid. Why else would someone allow an incredibly dangerous disease to be left untreated, denied, untested for, and promoted through activities such as political gatherings and way-too-soon reopenings?

It’s the money. Don’t believe me? Ask yourself this question: is there a bottom to this well of behavior exhibited by this madman? Do you think you might get the disease? You have to ask yourself the question: do I feel lucky? Well do ya, punk?

We are living on the edge of the precipice.

I could be wrong but I think I know what happened:

I think someone sat down with him and told him he’s going to lose no matter what. Don’t get me wrong, I know we have to work our asses off, but the pros know what they’re doing and there is a tidal wave against him, despite his vociferous supporters.

He is presently in the midst of a breakdown, I’ve seen it in individuals, we all saw it with Nixon, The signs are unmistakable. His rambling yesterday showed an extremely high level of disturbance and decompensation. The walls are crumbling and the enemy is breaking through to Central command. The voices in his head are continuously chirping and it’s clearly getting to him.
