The April 15th date is rapidly approaching...

... and Drumpf is panicking. The Judge has announced that that is the day his trial will begin.

And Drumpf is not ready for any trial. The secret to his success has been to stay out of trials.

The Court has ruled that both, Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen, are eligible to testify.

No doubt, Drumpf and his lawyers will do their usual hatchet jobs on their character. But, knowing the type of character that Cohen has been in the past, the jury would probably not give a lot of weight to any character assassination attempt. As someone duly noted, Boy Scouts and Sunday School teachers do not make the best witnesses.

It appears that Drumpf is trying to force the hand of the Judge into some sort of pre-trial judgement or punishment?

They should give him a stern warning at this time. April 15th is very close. The odor will become unbearable.

Justice is afraid they will make a "martyr" out of TSF.

I heard an "expert" say that on MSNBC last night.

If he wants to be a martyr to these people (his supporters) that he despises, then let him be their martyr. He would be a worthless martyr. He would be a fake martyr.

That does not seem like a legitimate reason not to hold him accountable to the laws of this country, in my opinion.

Folks that would make a martyr out of a con-man and liar are not to be respected in any degree.

There is a fear of the truth...

Because people do not want to make their friends angry. So they pull their punches. They do not want to say, "Yes, you are stupid." "Yes, you are naive and gullible." "Yes, you are part of a cult." Because, they know it would do no good. So, the truth only darts within the shadows.

They do not say that Donald Trump is a hypocrite of the highest order. He has never read the Bible or the Constitution. Yet, he pretends... and few challenge him on his hypocrisy, because his cult believes he was sent by God.

They do not tell their friends that Donald Trump knew he lost the election. He knew he could tell his naive followers anything and they would believe him.

He is an outlaw. - outside all boundaries of the laws of this country. And all the leaders, and the Justice Dept, want the voters to make a bet they would never make in the real world. They want the people to vote on whether or not more people will believe the lies of Donald Trump or will look at the facts right in front of their noses? It is not a sure bet. It is a gamble. More voters may actually believe the "lie" over everything. It is a bet that never should have been taken.

You hope and pray you do not lose your bet on the American people. That they will be wise enough to see thru the lies and propaganda. That is a huge bet.

Should Christopher Wray and Merrick Garland maintain their silence?

Even with Judges speaking up about the danger posed by Donald J Trump?

Should they make any sort of statement? What if Chris Wray were to say that "Donald Trump has been warned about threatening violence against officers of the Court and he should not act surprised when the FBI shows up at his door."

Merrick Garland could make a simple statement that "every American citizen lives under the same laws and Donald Trump is no exception".

But we have heard nothing. As the American justice system is under attack, the guardians are silent.

It does not instill a lot of confidence.

The time is moving too quickly for Trump...

Just 18 days until his jury appointment. It will be here too soon for him.

On top of that, his $175 million bond is rapidly approaching.

How can he delay his trial this time? Call in sick? He is about to run out of delays and connections.

For a grifter of his stature, selling Bibles would be embarrassing to most con-men, but wherever he can scrape up a dollar is alright with him.

They say "April is the cruelest month". The Grifter is about to find out.

I do not hold much respect for these so-called "Republicans" that criticize Trump...

...but still remain part of that Party.

They just can't bring themselves to leave that sick organization or to ever vote for Joe Biden or a Democrat. They are still clinging to the hem of his garment. They cannot totally cut the cord to that sick cult.

They are still part of the problem. They are still helping to create the division in this country. Ronna McDaniel is only the latest example. She was going to pretend that she was divorced from Trump and the Republicans and was ready to work for the NBC network. But, too many saw thru her scam from the beginning.

Republicans are not helping America, and certainly are not helping the Democrats, in resolving this attack upon our democracy. They are only prolonging any solution by continuing to cling to that decadent and criminal organization called the GOP.

Very few are showing any courage.

Trump's criminal tactics are far ahead of the US Justice System...

His strategy of delay has been very effective for him up to this point. He has defeated the justice system at every turn. His many years of challenging court decisions and screwing the system has worked well for him.

However, his hope, and final strategy, is to win or steal the Presidency and to dismiss all these charges that have been placed against him. That is his final victory. Whether that comes to pass is yet to be seen.

But, up to this point, the Justice System has not been able to hold him to account.
