Did the FBI seize Trump's financial records with their search warrant at MAL ?

Are these the same financial records that the NY AG took Trump to Court for? In fact, it went all the way to the Supreme Court, who ruled that Trump had to turn over the records? Then, Trump refused. He told AG James that there were no more records.

Michael Cohen, on the Nicolle Wallace show today, said those were the financial records that the AG NY was looking for? Cohen defined that as clear obstruction of justice.

If that is true, does the DOJ have to turn those financial records back over to Trump and his lawyers?

Are there any more reports on this?

Trump is trying to create his narrative before there is even an indictment.

He is hustling to get all the free media he can get, in order to get out his "side" of the story. He was able to nab Hannity and FOX for a couple of nights, after scoring on the Hugh Hewitt radio show a few nights ago. He is in a full court press with his "narrative". He is attempting to incite his followers, just as he did before January 6th.

Unfortunately, it is quite difficult to get his message out with his lawyers answering questions before assorted judges. They dare not repeat his falsehoods under oath or in front of a judge.

Trump is acting as if he is already in the middle of his trial. He is attempting to set the stage and create the story line before the real trial begins. For example, "How do we know the FBI did not plant the evidence?" And he gets his most loyal sycophants to repeat it over and over. Everyone need not hear his message - only his followers and his cult.

However, Judge Dearie, the Special Master, is not playing his game. When the outlandish claims are made, such as "planting evidence", he is asking for proof - under oath. This puts Trump's attorneys in a very tight spot.

The truth is their most deadly enemy.

"If the FBI planted evidence, you have until next Friday to show me the proof."

Paraphrasing what Judge Dearie told Trump and his lawyers.

How long before Trump realizes that he has stepped in it?

They have the evidence and they have the sworn statements of the FBI if needed. They may have an inside witness to the possession of classified documents. They have the prima facie evidence, so to speak. Trump and his lawyers have nothing but Trump's lie to stand on. Which is the Judge going to believe? They have no witnesses. They have nothing.

They will have no choice but to admit they do not have the proof the Judge is looking for.

There is nothing like asking for proof and evidence to silence an habitual liar and to put a wet rug over his lies.

What Trump is really trying to say...?

"Yeah, I gave some secret information to my friends."

"But, if you are the President, you can 'de-classify' documents at any time. I 'de-classified' them before I gave them away. I had every right to do that."

"I did nothing wrong. It was a normal business transaction."

"It's a disgrace the way the FBI ransacked my home and treated my family."

"As President, I had every right to have possession of those documents. I could let whomever I wanted to see them."

"This is nothing but a "witch hunt" by the radical-left Democrats and the FBI."

"They know I have done nothing wrong."

"The country will not sit by and watch this happen."

It's all they have.

We scratch our heads and wonder how they could be so stupid?

How they could follow such a sick and immoral person as they do?

Why they don't just jump off the crazy wagon?

They have nowhere else to go. They stand for nothing. If they lose their Leader, they are lost in the wilderness.

So, they lie to their voters. They lie to the country. They lie to themselves.

They want everyone else to go under with them.

Are we supposed to have compassion?

Did Trump pass any documents to Putin?

Because Trump has always been an agent for Putin.

And because he was so complimentary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine and the genius of Vladimir Putin.

If they find any documents missing, my bet would be those that are related to Ukraine.

But, no big deal. He could let whomever he wanted to see the documents, after he "de-classified" them with his mind.

Just a thought.

Trump's appearance on Hannity last night was filmed before 11th Circuit Judges made decision.

It would have been much more entertaining to see him after the decision.

I assume it was filmed earlier in the day for Hannity's primetime propaganda show?

Did AG James make a criminal referral to the DOJ?

I thought I heard that reported?

There were crimes committed, such as tax fraud, bank fraud, and insurance fraud. Those cannot be settled in a civil suit, can they?

Maybe the DoG (Dept of Garland) will just add it to the list of charges that keep mounting?

I saw a guest on MSNBC that said Trump would try to settle out of court.

Did someone discover that Putin had a much bigger role in putting Trump into the White House than anyone previously thought?

Is American military support for Ukraine payback for Putin's dangerous meddling in American elections? Trump cheered him on.

When Trump falls, will Putin be far behind?
