Is Donald Trump a threat to our national security ?

Does anyone in the House or Senate believe he is a threat to national security?

If Democrats and Republicans cannot come together on an issue of national security, then we are in a very bad situation.

I believe most knowledgeable people in this country believe he is a threat to our national security.

Yet, they do nothing. Why?

How will they explain that to their children and their grandchildren? What will they say?

The emoluments violations are a very serious breach of our Constitution.

It is not a joking matter.

Why was Jimmy Carter forced to get rid of his peanut farm when he became President? Were they afraid he might become compromised by selling peanuts to someone that was not friendly to our national interests? The Founders put it in the Constitution for a reason.

It is a very, very serious matter.

Yet, the House and Senate turn their heads the other way when they see the present occupant of the White House violating this clause of the Constitution. Why? I suppose it seems trivial to them, relative to all the other crimes they have witnessed?

The voters should hold the House and Senate responsible in protecting our Constitution. They are not doing their job.

Why Trump is cuddling up to Corey Lewandowski?

Wants him to run for the US Senate in New Hampshire or somewhere?

Trump wants Corey to be his buddy.

Because Corey is about to be subpoenaed to appear before the House Judiciary Committee to clarify some answers he gave the Special Counsel, Mr Mueller. He gave them under oath.

So it is important to Donald that Corey fight the subpoenas all the way.

Did you ever watch Pro-Rasslin' ?

It was certainly not Greco-Roman style wrestling.

Way back when we had values, we always pulled for the little guy, the underdog, the good guy.

When the huge, bald-headed brute would grab the little guy and sling him against the ropes, then catch him on the rebound, and then body-slam him into the canvas, we couldn't help but root for the little guy.

The crowd would "boo" the brute in the middle of the ring. They would hope the little guy would get up off the canvas and kick his ass!

Then the brute would get the little guy in a headlock, swing him around so that his back was toward the referee, then reach in his trunks and pull out a bar of lye soap. He would then rub it in the eyes of the little guy, and then put the soap back in his trunks. All the while the referee could not see.

But, finally, after the loathsome brute had expended all his dirty tricks, the little guy gets a second wind. The brute throws him against the ropes and he ricochets off like a bullet and comes barreling toward the brute in the center of the ring. He dropkicks the brute and the big guy tumbles to the canvas. The little guy gets some magical, distorted hold on the disgusting blob, as he lay helpless on the canvas.

The little guy was victorious and the crowd went home happy.

But today, it seems to be different. The crowd seems to be cheering for the little guy to get his ass kicked?

Reverend Ike's Money Sheet

August 15, 2019

In the best of circumstances, in my opinion...

The Democrats could use the impeachment issue as an "insurance policy".

Especially if the economy turns south.

The country would be hard-pressed to withstand both a recession and an impeachment at the same time. It would be difficult.

With that in mind, the Democrats insurance policy would be to use the Courts and Congress' power to investigate, to determine whether or not Donald Trump should be impeached? They should be ready to impeach immediately after the election, assuming Donald Trump were to win the Presidency and the Democrats were to keep the House?

That would be one strategy that would make sense if they choose not to impeach at this time? Donald Trump is not going to get religion or experience some sort of great transformation between now and January 2021. It is a matter of national security that he be removed.

Perhaps that is their plan??

Sometimes, only the crinkle of money can awaken the slumber.

"If it's that difficult for a rich man to get into heaven, think how terrible it must be for a poor man to get in. He doesn't even have a bribe for the gatekeeper." Reverend Ike

--------------------------

For some undefined reason, many people will not be so kind to Donald Trump if the economy goes down? He inherited a very good economy. The recovery from the "Great Recession" has lasted about ten years plus.

But now there are rumblings. The "R" word (Recession) has been bandied about. Nothing gets the attention of the American voter like the loss of a job and/or benefits. So, it will not be good for anyone, including Donald Trump, if the economy goes downward. We have not had good guidance of our economy.

Someone once said, "You can drop a dime on a busy corner of NYC and heads will turn for a block." I don't know if that is true? I rather doubt it.

Also, Reverend Ike used to say, when they passed the contribution platter, that he did not want to hear the sound of loose change... he only wanted to hear the crinkle of green money...paraphrasing.
