The March of the Sycophants

They marched down the steps in a slow procession, as if they were going to some funereal event. By the time they marched down to the Secret SCIF Room, they were like a mob. All they needed were Tiki torches. They had to settle for pizzas.

They left the pizza boxes behind. They must have taken the beer cans with them?

Either way, it was an embarrassing display of stupidity, and below the dignity of a "so-called" Congressman.

Trump's simple strategy to defeat impeachment.

Divide and Conquer.

It's "his people" vs the "evil other". His people are "tough", like the military, the police, the bikers, etc.

It's "Us" vs "Them".

It's not about facts or the truth. It isn't even about high crimes or misdemeanors. It is about Donald Trump and "his People". He believes they are malleable and he can manipulate them any way he chooses. He may be right?

But the only Republicans that matter are those in the US Senate. It is not his "base", the "people" that he appeals to. He has to keep 33 Senators on his side or he loses. Simple as that.

Perhaps he believes that his "base" will keep all those Senators in line? Especially those that are running for re-election next year.?

AG Barr proclaimed Mueller Report null and void.

And that was the final word on it.

Trump supporters believe it was all a "witch hunt". It was all a "hoax".

Donald Trump seems to talk more about the Mueller Report than do the Democrats?

Will the two-year investigation by Robert Mueller be of any benefit to Democrats in the upcoming impeachment trial ?

Should the Democrats simply forget about the Mueller Report and move forward with the evidence they have gathered from the Ukraine investigation?

Impeachment inquiry only scratching the surface?

The Democrats are likely to believe that the Trump/Giuliani "investigation" in Ukraine was simply to find dirt on Joe Biden and the DNC. But, in my opinion, that was only a side benefit of what they were looking for in the Ukraine.

There was a reason that Giuliani was consulting with Paul Manafort, thru his lawyer, before he went to the Ukraine. Manafort had information that Trump wanted.

Trump and Giuliani were shocked when Zelensky won the presidency in their May election. They needed to re-shuffle their cards. It was totally unexpected and they lost their "contacts" from the previous corrupt presidency in Ukraine.

Trump was/is working for Vladimir Putin. He does not want to see Ukraine as an independent, democratic country, cracking down on their corruption. He wants to see Russia in control of Ukraine, just like they are now in control of Syria. This is the bigger picture.

Dymtro Firtash is the money man for Putin. He pays people like Manafort, Giuliani, and his associates to disrupt and divide democracies around the world, including the United States. Firtash is now residing in Vienna, Austria.

Coincidentally, Giuliani's "associates" had one-way tickets to Vienna when they were arrested at the Dulles Airport. Giuliani also had a ticket for the next day to Vienna. The connection is too obvious to overlook.

Just as Nancy Pelosi told Trump in their meeting the other day, "all roads lead to Putin". Putin wants Ukraine back under Russian control and, if given the opportunity, will use military force to take it.

Putin also wants to blame the attacks on our elections in 2016 on Ukraine. He tells Donald there is a "DNC server" in Ukraine that will prove it. Of course, Donald believes him. Putin wants the sanctions lifted. His friend, Donald, has been unable to get it passed thru a Republican Senate.

Only then can they return to their normal criminal activities of real estate money-laundering and business as usual. It is about money. Getting dirt on Joe Biden is only scratching the surface of what is happening in the Ukraine with Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani.

If Repubs go this berserk over an inquiry, imagine how insane they will go over actual Impeachment?

Has there ever been a more clear example of conscience of guilt? It's like they are pulled over for a burned-out brake-light and they start screaming at the cop, "I didn't rob that bank!"

Everything is so unfair! So, like storming the Bastille, they swarmed into the private hearing room yesterday, mostly to show their Master that they were on his side and they would do anything for him. He demands they show their loyalty and are willing to lie for him. (He tried that with McConnell and it didn't work)

What will happen when the Articles of Impeachment are voted out of the House? What stunt can they do to please their Leader when that happens?

I suppose they may want to bring in some extra fire extinguishers? A lot of Republicans are going to be running around with their hair on fire.

Trump is trying very hard to restrain himself from attacking Mitch McConnell...

....because he knows that if he loses McConnell, he would likely lose 20 other Senators on the Republican side, and he would be without a job.

Nancy says, "If you want to get this over quickly, then you had better straighten up."

The more pranks , stunts, and obstruction, the longer this investigation is going to take.

Speaker Pelosi has a lot of patience.

Her Daughter, Alexandra, says Nancy Pelosi will ‘cut your head off and you won’t even know you’re bleeding’ .

If Trump knew or helped plan the Republican obstruction of an impeachment investigation...?

...Then would that not be another Obstruction of Congressional Investigation charge against him?

He continues to abuse his power.

It's pretty serious when it gets to the point of obstructing a legal Congressional investigation.

The law-breaking continues for another day.

October 23, 2019

Trump is ordering Republicans to defend him at all costs.

He had to have been shocked when Mitch McConnell contradicted his lies yesterday?

If you cannot lie for him, you cannot be on his team. That is a given.

We see the Trump ass-kissers storming the impeachment hearing room today, in efforts to disrupt and create a nuisance. All for the benefit of defending Donald Trump.

They are showing America who they really are. They are not deserving of the positions they now hold in the US Congress.

But, what they are really doing is dividing the Republican caucus. Division is one thing that Trump does very well. Even when it is his own Party.

October 23, 2019

When you have a lawless president, you will have lawless followers.

They begin to believe that laws and rules do not matter.

The Congressmen that went into the secret SCIF room where the impeachment investigation was taking place knew they were breaking the rules of the House.

They should be reprimanded in some way by the majority of the House. Perhaps they should be individually censured on the floor of the House? Would that be too severe?

I doubt that Speaker Pelosi is going to let this slide?
