Please DU I need your help!

I need a list of things Trump was doing in January, February and March when the corona virus was really taking off in this country, and his indifference to what was going on. I know in February he went to the Daytona 500 and took a trip to India. But I know there is much more, but I need a source or any information you can give me about that time period. I also need to know whether Trump instituted a ban or just restrictions, on whom, coming from China. I'm in an argument with my Trump loving cousin, and up to now I have ignored her but I just can't take anymore, I feel like my head is going to explode. Also how do you respond to a remark about her rights to own guns, I keep wondering about the right of everyone to be safe, like children going to school, or people going to movies or temples, churches or just enjoying a concert. And exactly what guns do we want to see banned? AR-15? Does anyone know if bump stocks have been banned? I realize it is a lot to ask and I am sorry to impose, but I really appreciate any help you can give I already have chemo brain, and I'm trying to get my thoughts together. So please, if you can help me. Thank you so very much!

Please I'm asking for the sake of Governors

That you pass this on to as many people (republicans included), that you can. Trumps treatment of our Governors has been horrific. My husband worked a 12 hour shift yesterday and the amount of patients that came in was staggering. His hospital is really low on gloves, gowns, masks, and ventilators. Trumps attitude has been one of neglect, and sheer arrogance. Unless Governors bow down to him, and "be nice to him" he won't send what they need, even though it means people will die. I have been so worried these past few days. Tonight I sat down, put on CNN and Chris Cuomo described exactly how I felt. And I wish this could go viral, because it says everything that has to be said about Trump. So please share. I'm hoping it will go viral. Thank you!

"Respirators, ventilators, all of the equipment - try getting it yourselves," Trump told the governors during a phone call, The New York Times reported. "We will be backing you, but try getting it yourselves. Points of sales, much better, much more direct if you can get it yourself."

"The Times reported that Trump's directive took some of the governors by surprise given that states are already working overtime to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus and are hoping for more federal aid. "Hospitals across the country are overwhelmed as the number of confirmed coronavirus cases continues to skyrocket. "

I think I heard on Katy Tur's show, that the federal govt has the responsibility, not the states. The states are already overwhelmed with other preparations, and this is something that should be handled on the federal level, and usually is. Is that correct? Also, That other countries were communicating between each other asking who has ventilators and if they do, they want to buy them, but not the United States? Seems very confusing.

Not sure if this will make a difference, but wishing more womens groups could do the same. Is it possible for our Democratic members, especially the women, in the House and Senate to get together and put a little more pressure on the Republicans? Maybe that isn't allowed, I'm not really sure. This has been a very rough week for me, I was raped many years ago and hospitalized because of injuries from the rape. That was a very bad time, and you try to go on with your life, but there are times, when memories come back to haunt you. I wish we could do more, as a society, for women who have the courage to speak out. Dr. Ford is doing a very brave thing, and it's so unfair the way she has been treated, as well as Deborah Ramirez. I keep hoping they will be believed, but the way Republicans have been railroading things, I'm starting to doubt it. Wish there was more that could be done.
