Bluethroughu's JournalThis IS what we need in our schools, connecting our children.
Not armed teachers.
I shed happy tears. Conservatives can't watch that and say inclusivity, environment, and education can't build greatness.
Listen to the middle school voices.

Thank you for all the hearts, both given or thought.
I'm very grateful to have this community, it's priceless.
If the SCOTUS votes to keep TFG on the ballot,
They are setting a dangerous precedent minimizing the 14th Amendment, that protects US against enemies from within, and protecting other GOP members that participated in the planned coup that day.
This IS a political snuff out of our Democracy by Justices of the GOP, that have taken millions in gifts and extras by the people that have been working to end our Democracy.
Could a lawyer representing US taxpayers claw back subsidies from companies that have given to trump after 1/6?
For aiding and giving comfort to an insurrectionist.
Claw back any and all US taxpayer economic incentives, credits and loan subsidies, then remove them from any ability to take money from the Country.
They are essentially using those economic tools to aid and insurrectionist working to dismantle our Democracy.
If Presidents have immunity, then why have they had pardons after leaving office, to avoid the law?
Will Clarence recuse himself from this case, his wife was lobbying Trump's Thief of Staff to keep him in office, no matter what?
I've got an idea for a cartoon about trump and the house republicans.
Bowling
Big orange rump angrily rolling toward small cowardly pins of the Republicans in the house.
Trump bowling over the Speaker decision.
With just sleezy jim as the only pin standing.
Where's Lindsey?
He made the first couple of calls to Georgia.
Is he the mouth of the south?
Did he flip?!
His actions or lack there of, after his "wild" speech directing
armed people to "fight"and "Save America", should be a slam dunk! So we can move on from this, and start focusing on the people's business.
Slavery, reparations, and redemption after our current Civil War?
I was watching a silly ghost show on U-Tube about The Wheatlands Plantation in Tennessee. I wanted to research a little bit more after an owner had removed some stones from the land that may have marked the grave of the slaves on this property.
I came across this article written by a family member of the former plantation Kristan Thomason.

[/divWheatlands was second only to George Washingtons Mount Vernon in Virginia in whiskey production. Obviously, the Chandlers werent doing this on their own. Family records indicate 188 enslaved persons were laboring at Wheatlands at the close of the Civil War and the University of Tennessee archeology department has located 70 of their graves on the property along with the footprint of six slave cabins.]
[/divThe last heir to live in the house wrote that her ancestor was known as a good master who didnt believe in separating families, and after the war its said he paid those formerly enslaved to stay on and work at Wheatlands. But good master is itself an oxymoron and sharecropping isnt the same as freedom.]
We can change our present, if we continue to acknowledge and do better than our history, but first we must know it.
