The military doctor who refused to deploy because he thought his commander in chief had no legal right to give him orders. Though now I also can't recall if he was given a confinement sentence at all. Anyway, that's the only one I can think of.

It is a thought problem, and would be a way for an argument of justice existing could be done, without having to send me the beer and travel money that is due.
