1. I'm glad to see that Corbett made the list. He's a shit stain on the state's carpet.
The gas drilling industry certainly got a great deal when they bought THAT fucker.

6. The Three Stooges, and a correction
Stephen King, who winters in Florida (the Keys, I think?) and summers in a couple of houses in Maine, grew up about 10 miles down the road from where I live here in Maine. Speaking in Florida, he called the governors of Maine, Florida, and Wisconsin, The Three Stooges.

A correction to the referenced piece. LePage does not have a black son, although he claimed he did during the NAACP fiasco. He has helped finance the college education of someone he knows in Jamaica, a place where he vacations frequently (he is scheduled to take a vacation there in the next couple of weeks, despite serving all of three months as governor). No adopted black son. Just a convenient lie to show he isn't the bigot he seems to be.

As classless as his BPA quote is, the reality is even worse. LePage claims that he will consider the BPA ban if he sees the science to convince him it is toxic. Of course, there is a wealth of such data. Being the ideological simpleton he is, he creates evidence to support his opinions, and denies any evidence in opposition.

And why do so many of these guys have such bad comb-overs? LePage fits right in there as well. Can't wait to vote against him again - too bad it's more than three years from now.

10. And very deservedly so.
What if Al Capone had been released from Alcatraz after a few years and then been elected Governor of Illinois? Wouldn't have been much different.

11. I'm not too crazy about our governor Sean Parnell,
who in my opinion is even more dangerous to the state of Alaska than his predecessor was. She was kind of a do-nothing as governor while making a big media splash. Sean flies under the radar but has much worse policies. Currently he's busy trying to give a $2 billion a year tax break to the big oil companies even though they have promised to do NOTHING to increase production. Brilliant...

Not to mention the plethora of fundies he's been appointing.

13. They got LePage on the list, but they may have missed something about this adopted son. From what I
heard, he is actually the son of LePage's Jamaican caddy who came to stay with him for part of his college education. They also missed out on the mural hullabaloo.

My gosh, it seems like every other week there is something new he has said or done to be embarrassed/enraged about. I am already exhausted from having him as my governor.

18. If you don't, I will! I was pretty surprised that he wasn't
on the list since most of those listed are fairly new at being governors. Their man, Mitch, has been screwing up Indiana since 2004!
