Wisconsin officials ignore court order
"Further implementation of the act is enjoined," Sumi said.

"Apparently that language was either misunderstood or ignored, but what I said was the further implementation of Act 10 was enjoined. That is what I now want to make crystal clear."

She warned that those who violate her order could face court sanctions.

But outside the courtroom, Assistant Attorney General Steven Means said the legislation "absolutely" is still in effect.
The statement by Means - the executive assistant to Republican Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen - shocked Assembly Minority Leader Peter Barca (D-Kenosha).

"It's just startling that the attorney general believes you should not follow court orders anymore," he said.

2. The Wisconsin junta has apparently gone around the bend...
This second refusal to respond to the court order is very telling. They apparently believe that God has joined their t-had.

This days before an election for supreme court justice that is critical to Walker's agenda. Walker must know that the April 5 election is very important.

Is it possible he believes that flouting the law is going rally his teahadis to the polls more than it motivates the pro-Democracy movement to elect Kloppeburg?

4. Contempt of Court.
Lock up everyone in the AG's office. And if they find evidence that he ordered them to ignore it, the Governor as well.

5. in that case, Sen (Speaker) Fitzgerald
is number one to be locked up. There was testimony about the pressure he put on LRB to "publish." But I'm going to request a different lock up center, if you don't mind. The AG would loan them his computer and phone so they could continue to completely fuck over the people of Wisconsin from there. And I don't think Fitzy will find himself in lockup alone - I'd put good money (if I had any) on Walker joining him there.

6. Guess the GOP is hoping the WI Supreme Court will take this up while they still
have control of the court.
