1. Dumb it down?
How?

The entire Republican field is comprised of two groups--lunatics & looters.

16. Scary thought, in its own way.
It would certainly add to the lunacy quotient.

15. She'd be in her element ...
Let's see ...

"Liberals are all about taking their information/issues from Hollywood stars." - 1980, Republicans elect Ronald Reagan.

"You have to have military experience to understand being a President and C-in-C of the military, so vote Bob Dole in 96!" - 2004, John Kerry, who actually volunteered to go to Vietnam and was decorated, is attacked, and called a "Manchurian Candidate", which is odd, because in 2000 and 2008, the Republicans put forth someone who really could fit that description, in 2000 a primary candidate, and in 2008 their nomination.

"You have to run Government like a business!" - 2000, Republicans nominated and elected a man who had yet to keep any of his business ventures from going bankrupt and failing ...

8. She's a federal tax attorney
Don't mis-underestimate her. We have this bad habit of doing that.

17. My understanding is she was a tax collector for the IRS for 5 years
with a JD from Oral Roberts, an unaccredited law school which has since closed entirely. Despite her self description as a "tax litigation attorney" I'd love you to find one case where she was involved as a litigator.

10. Why must we suffer this insanity? I look at the headline next to her picture
and wonder what has happened to our country that people would even entertain the idea of this woman as President.

Could it be a Black president has made them go apesh*t crazy?

Michele Bachmann. Really?

13. It would add comedy relief
I'd be waiting for the NEXT stupid thing she says.

And a presidential debate would be a hoot.

19. Bachmann was supposedly a "crowd favorite" of attendees of
a home-school conference in Iowa, that also featured Ron Paul and Herman Cain.

Trust me - you can't more "rapturally delicious" than a crowd at an Iowa home-school conference!

20. She's The Mike Gravel Of Her Party
She's a frickin' punch line and an afterthought who nobody takes seriously, and she has no chance whatsoever, but is good for some comic relief every now and then.

Admittedly, a terrible analogy, because even as weird and crazy as Mike Gravel seemed in 2007, Michelle Bachmann makes him look like frickin' King Solomon.
