3. We had snow a week ago -- clear skies, sunny, and 45 degrees.
It didn't snow long, but it was strange.

4. North Bergen County reporting in.
Friday the temp was in the seventies.

This morning it's 32 degrees and about an inch so far and still snowing.

I usually don't put away the shovels until after April 5. Why that date? Because I remember a blizzard that paralyzed the Northeast in either 1981 or 1982.

7. Essex County reporting in
The Star Ledger says it's 37 but there are huge snowflakes falling and the tree branches are covered with snow. It's very pretty. The birdies are feeding at the bird feeder outside the window.

Snow's OK with me, even though I already planted my peas and spinach. It's toasty in here as I enjoy my coffee, orange, and muffin this morning. Glad I don't have to leave for work until noon.

That's pretty much how it is all winter long for us.

11. That's weird. It's about as weird as when it's in the upper 20's here and pouring RAIN.
I hate when that happens.

13. So?
It's still march. I've had snow, when I was a kid, on Long Island in April.

As for the temp. Huge temp swings this time of year is nothing new.

BTW: Yes, I am firmly behind the theory of Climate Change.
