3. Rep. Barney Frank was defending her on Morning Joe today.

He said something interesting. He pointed out that the Tea Partiers aren't gung ho against regulation of Wall St. so Warren might get confirmed in the Senate. I sure hope he's correct in his assessment. It was nice to see that at the same time I was reading the Krugman piece.

but she will need support from the Administration.
The Administration does NOT have a good track record for backing up their Left of Center appointees.
