1. 1.1 to 1.4 million a missile
http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/smart/bgm-109.htm

But they are already paid for. The real cost is the day to day operation of ships in the region which is more than a million a day per ship. The cost to replace them might be higher. If it saves civilian lives and help depose a mass murdered, it shoudl be worth it. I am sure the Libyan people who are sitting up a government right now are thankful of the cost. 10. the cost kinda depends on how you want to look at it.
http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/smart/bgm-109.htm

^snip^

Costs
$500,000 - current production Unit Cost
$1,400,000 - average unit cost (TY$)
$11,210,000,000 - total program cost (TY$)

assuming this information is accurate.... 500K each ... 1.4mil each.... whatever....

Odds are the old ones will be replaces with the newer more expensive version. So a truly accurate accounting of the cost of those missiles may never be possible.
