An incredible "sea change" in Wisconsin attitudes.
This morning the Milwaukee Urinal/Sentinel online edition has an article about a state company winning a Navy contract worth millions. http://www.jsonline.com/business/118236969.html

Two months ago that new would have been received with a resounding cheer. No more. This morning's blog entries are (as of this writing) about evenly split between cheering, and those that are speaking up against more military spending.

Believe me, that's a "sea change" around here.
