SCIENTIST/ENGINEER - BATTERY DEVELOPMENT
Position Summary:
Entrepreneurial alternative energy corporation is seeking a battery scientist/engineer responsible
for new process, new product development and creating intellectual property utilizing novel
materials to create a revolutionary battery product; more specifically, battery design,
development, testing via synthesis and characterization of electro active chemicals, development
of battery components (electrodes, separators, casings), and manage pilot and limited scale
production.
Key Success Factors:

• PhD in Chemistry, Electrochemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Chemical or Mechanical
Engineering, or related degree and five to seven years research and development experience in
battery/fuel cell technologies

• Proven competencies in innovative technology, new product development, intellectual property
generation, material analysis and selection through study of reaction mechanisms and
electrochemical studies
• Demonstrated experience developing and testing compounds for use within primary and
secondary batteries

• A drive to convert science and technology into commercial products

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to develop and present
technical materials to internal and external customers

1. Sounds too good to be true.
From the website: "Water can be used as the stored hydrogen, generated on demand by electrolysis using less than 1% of the electrical output." Sounds like over-unity on steroids. If this is even remotely true, you can be sure that this technology will be bought and locked away from real commercial development. The claim to have utility customers already generating mega-watts of power...or is that just what they are currently producing from more conventional means?

2. It's already been licensed to several power generating companies. We'll see
what we shall see in the coming several months.

5. I cannot answer your question but this is one of the design graphics on their
site, I'm a skeptic regarding this, however if even 1/10 of it proves out... I will tie one on for a week or so.
