The Cap Times of Madison, Wisconsin reports:

Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne charged state Senate Republicans Wednesday with open meetings law violations in connection with a controversial move they made to pass legislation to curtail public sector union bargaining rights.

"Our investigation has found merit in the verified complaints, which allows us to commence this litigation," says Ozanne in a statement. "This litigation does not address the merits or the wisdom of the legislation."

Senate Republicans had been stymied by 14 Democrats who fled the state last month to deprive the GOP-controlled Senate of the 20-member quorum needed to pass Gov. Scott Walker's budget repair bill, which included a measure to effectively end collective bargaining for public employees. A week ago, Republicans hastily called a joint conference committee, including members of both legislative houses, to consider a bill that was stripped of fiscal elements, allowing the legislation to be passed by a simple majority.

6. There is a very deep depression coming. No, not that, a rethug depression.
Many rethugs are telling all that they think rethugs should sit out this coming election. No sense blowing your candidates in a futile attempt. All their whack autocratic moves are being undone. HCR isnt going away. They are going to lose the whole shut down the Gov debate.

All gov moves not enumerated by the ORIGINAL CON, is showing itself as paltry, if applied to Nukular regulation.
Japan is giving an object lesson of Gov being the only possible helper is many emergencies.
The whole of the insulted and enraged masses protesting in MAdison makes the teatiffs look like a childs birthday party.
There are no statesmen or viable leaders in the rethug party.

If they are not able to gerrymander, steal, cheat, cage, fool their way into rejiggering the political system, they are done as a force for evil.
All it will take now is for us to not leave anything to another. Personal angst, and patriotism driving every individual to battle, will DOOM the haters and deprivers.

Rethugs, come and get it. And no, there will be no therapy offered. You guys dont believe in that either.
