Its website claims that in each legislative cycle, its members introduce 1000 pieces of legislation based on its work, and claims that roughly 18% of these bills are enacted into law. (Among them was the controversial 2010 anti-immigrant law in Arizona.)"

1. I think it is Rove and his satellite orgs

It is so coordinated among newly installed Repug governors that it STINKS.

Various subsidiary entities ala Heritage etc. are writing the grand plan with instruction/input by Rove and his minions. Then spreading the malware to state orgs along with operating scripts.

A side note - Frank Luntz (part of the Rove toadie network) met with Walker the morning after the "Koch" prank call.

9. It is SO obviously coordinated that we have to KNOW it was all planned out.

I guess they think we're stupid and haven't caught on.

They pull the wool over our eyes during the campaign and then SURPRISE once they're in control.

This is so transparent it's laughable...

grassroots group. THe GOP has been a tool of the very rich and corporations for many decades now...but many of their "small people" don't believe that...
