Guardian: Rupert Murdoch's newspapers are hacking phones AND EMAILS of the left
This is an amazing article from the Guardian! Not only have Murdoch's papers been hacking phones but also email systems to attack the opposition!! Up until now the charges have been hacking phone messages but this really widens things and goes up the chain of Murdoch's command.

Remember, Murdoch's son approved million dollar payouts to hush everyone up...if it is found he knew WHY they were paying the million dollars we might see a Murdoch going to jail and the Murdoch news empire being sued by thousands of hacked people. This is very important people!!!!!

An excerpt:

The News of the World phone-hacking scandal is set to reach a new peak of embarrassment for the paper and for Scotland Yard with the naming of the sixth and most senior journalist yet to be implicated in illegal news-gathering.

A BBC Panorama programme claims that Alex Marunchak, formerly the paper's senior executive editor, commissioned a specialist snooper who illegally intercepted email messages from a target's computer and faxed copies of them to Marunchak's News of the World office.

2. Wow.Just wow.
Can't believe this has been going on since 2007. If it was in the U.S.A. deal would have been made and the prosecutor would be washing his hands from the entire affair.

6. 2003! It was totally covered up by the police and now they are under
an investigation as well!

already murdoch has paid out...5 or 6 million in hush money! and that was only after catching ONE of their private investigatros. They think he may have hacked as many as 4000 people's phones. Then Murdoch's papers were printing anything negative they found to undermine the left.

Seriously, this could topple the right wing government in the UK and perhaps even here!

17. end game
in the end yes. but right now Republicans can openly break the law to pass a bill in Wisconsin. I'm sorry normally America doesn't work that way. So now on precedent anyone who breaks the law during tax time might wanna point to Scott Walker. koo koo

27. 1,000,000 x 4000 possible hacks....that can add up
this is just ONE investigator and they have many more working for them... if one guy had 4000 phone numbers, imagine how many a dozen investigators might have.

the police cover ups are just coming to light as well... Murdoch's papers are behind that as well.

29. If you read the article
you can backtrack through the last couple of months and see just how deep this story goes! They have carried out an illegal attack against the entire liberal elected class! The sick thing is most of the British papers are owned by Murdoch and they won't cover the story.

10. Wanna bet this isn't restricted to Murdoch and England?
The corporate Right has been doing this sort of political dirty-tricks stuff for decades. They have a lot of highly-paid friends in low places who keep them out of jail.

26. Maybe the queen will knight Murdoch or Obama will give him a medal of honor. Compare what they did
... to Cheney over outing Valerie Plame to what they're doing to Private Bradley Manning over at worst case embarrassing a few peeps who richly deserve to be embarrassed, and at best case nothing at all.

Once you get that you'll see they'll never touch Murdoch.
