Ever seen those films where they slow the speed of someone talking down until they look like an idiot?
Doesn't Walker always seem to have that slow-motion lip-twisting movement going on?
Is it because he's lying too much or because he knows the Koch Brother are displeased and his Presidential aspirations are going down the crapper?

1. maybe he is a poorly educated idiot

who somehow got elected to high office in that state thanks to tons of money being spent. There's no reason to believe he has a deep understanding of politics, economics or even the people of his own state. He comes off like Bush. A guy that has a vague shallow understanding of the talking points of conservatives and a deep driving convection that those talking points.

2. He talks like all puppets do-limited vocabulary and limited

original thought. Just like W, if he goes 'off message' he's cooked. And now that it is pretty obvious that his union busting is not at ALL fiscally related, he's going to have trouble selling/mouthing that same message. NO ONE'S BUYING IT, SNOTTY!

and all the words are coming from somebody in another room transmitting to the speaker.
