6. Its not bad but it is millions of dollars in damages plus oil and gas going into the bay
which kill sea life.

17. Low lying and beach front areas, but not all of Santa Cruz.
No need to exaggerate what's happening. Downtown is low, so they evacuated that but there is a LOT of town that is nowhere near any problems.

Yes, the harbor looks like a mess.

22. My son lives in Oakland. Has that area been affected?
I haven't been there since he moved to his job. I'm a little worried. Tried to call him but was unable to reach him.

Oakland in on the bay side, not ocean side. I am just a block from the SF bay side directly across from Oakland and everything so far is just fine. Not to worry!

23. I am less then 1 mile from the beach
I know the Great Highway was closed, but from Reports I heard on KGO Radio, the waves here were a tiny bit larger then normal, other wise, Its been a fairly decent day.
