Michelle Malkin's cousin still missing, on medication for depression
Commentary: Given the additional information regarding the missing woman's treatment, the situation becomes a bit worrisome.

For four days now, UW freshman Marizela Perez has been nowhere to be found. She left the Rainier Beach neighborhood around noon on Saturday, likely headed for the light rail station en route to the UW campus. At this point most of Seattle has likely seen her photo, but it never hurts to have a few more folks see it too....

Malkin describes her as an "Asian female, 5'5" tall, 110 lbs, skinny build, asymmetrical bob with short bangs and brown/red highlights hairstyle, tattoo on left inner arm with the words 'lahat ay magiging maayos', last seen wearing denim jeans, light brown suede laced boots, possibly wearing green eye contacts, possibly carrying a plaid backpack with a Macbook Pro laptop, taking medication for depression."

2. 'lahat ay magiging maayos'
Translated from Tagalog: 'all will be well.' Hope that's true in her case.

3. Why is this news? Why post this here?
Thousands of people go missing each week. I do not see why Malkin's cousin is newsworthy.

8. Nor I; be they celebrity or not.
I've seen several postings over the years for missing people - elderly, children, relatives, friends, and even a few from local news that someone thought should have a wide broadcast.
I've done it myself with the kidlet when she was going through her 16 year old run-away stage.
The point is to use a community forum to help find someone who might be hurt or in trouble, no matter who they are or related to.

6. I hope Marizela is safe and unharmed.
I know what depression is like, having been there for the last 15 years or so.

7. And I can understand what the family is most worried about
Let's just say that we went through the same thing with my aunt, and it did not end well at all.
