3. Just a ruse.
They can now use the passing of the bill as a reason to lure the 14 holdouts back from my home state of Illinois. Legal or not once the Dems come back they can revote because they'll have the quorum.

9. I might be mistaken
But I think determination of this is up to the state Attorney General, who is another Republican stooge. Some please confirm if I'm wrong on this.

8. Unnecessary - it 's a violation of the state law
and it'll be thrown back by any judge who has legal standing to remove the law from the books.

7. Very illegal - violated the open meetings law
and no justification to make an exception to the rule.

It'll be declared unconstitutional by any judge who knows Wisconsin law well.
