No compromise.

The Governor of Wisconsin has disqualified himself from the job. His disrespect for the citizens of Wisconsin is unforgivable. He should be recalled as soon as possible. There should be no compromise.

6. Well they better remember to file the correct papers first in November before ....
they start collecting the signatures on the petition.
(As it states they have to do in the PDF you linked to.)

p.s. I think you're comment title should read: Evidently signatures can begin to be collected 60 days before "his first year in office ends".
