Community college teachers protest with cases of Top Ramen in front of Gov. Brown's office (CA)-pics

A union of California community college teachers protest with cases of Ramen packages in front of California Gov. Jerry Brown's office in San Francisco, Friday, March 4, 2011. They are protesting against Brown's proposed $10 per unit or $300 per year tuition fee hike. About $300 worth of Ramen is shown to publicize how much the tuition hike will cost for a year.

6. Oy. Where is the money supposed to come from to pay for the education?
Heat the buildings, pay the instructors...

Students are paying a heavy load already, no doubt. But, the states are friggin' broke.

Something must give somewhere.
