Hello, Peace be upon you I’m a Libyan citizen from Holland I call out the people in Libya, to start preparing for gangs battle against the patrols that stands against catering Al Zawiyah and the other cities. This is the best solution with this kind of systems that goes back and forth, which make it a must to use the same method. You have to be at the gates and the check points, try to steal the weapons, and the goods it the most important thing, people have to be armed in order to get rid of the regime if all the Libyan people can be armed they’ll be able to get rid of this gates and surrounding on Al Zawia, Jedabya and Misurata. I beg you Libyan people it’s the only way for your survival and everyone hears me please pass this on to everyone there and to Al Jazeera. Thanks

The Guardian Reports: A 13-year-old boy was killed when pro-Gaddafi forces tried to retake Brega on Wednesday, Human Rights Watch is reporting. It says Hassan Umran was herding goats when he was shot in the head. The organisation’s emergencies director, Peter Bouckaert, visited a morgue in Ajdabiya to try to establish a death toll from Wednesday’s fighting. Peter also provided us with excellent updates from Alexandria during the Egyptian protests. He said:

We found 14 bodies at the morgue, many of them fighters, but also including the body of 13-year-old Hassan Umran, a young shepherd. Later, we went to see Hassan’s twin brother, Hussein, and his younger brother Faraj, 11, who were both wounded in the same incident that killed Hassan. They and their relatives explained that the boys had been out herding their goats and sheep on the outskirts of Brega around 8am on 2 March when the pro-Gaddafi militia passed by in more than 30 vehicles heading towards the university. They said that the militia fired rifles and rocket-propelled grenades in the direction of the boys. All three boys were injured by shrapnel from the grenades, but Hassan was killed when he was hit with bullets to his head.

When we arrived at the morgue, the doctors and attendants were busy washing the bodies and preparing them for burial by wrapping them in clean white cloths. Among the 14 dead were three bodies said to be from the pro-Gaddafi militia, but who were not carrying identification. It is believed that when the pro-Gaddafi fighters retreated, they took many of their wounded and dead, so the total casualties from their side are unknown. Aside from young Hassan, the remaining 11 dead included three guards from the Ammonium Factory, and seven fighters who had participated in the gun-battle on the rebel side.

I just check that person's tweet history. They're barely focused on Libya and I have no idea where they're getting their info. It's the only tweet they have about Libya too. It's some guy in Chile.

The situation in Tripoli is a crisis. Many arrests and kidnappings happened across the city last night its numbers approximated between 70 and 100. Those kidnapped were youth considered the pioneers and drivers of the protests in Tripoli.

There was heavy security present around al the mosques today. A trusted friend of mine told me that before the Friday prayer ended in the mosque where he prayed (which was close to Green Square), hoards of pro-Gaddafi supporters appeared outside the mosque and started chanting in favour for Gaddafi. They were loud to the extent that they disrupted us during prayer.

(Posted at 11:06 a.m. ET, 6:06 p.m. local time) At least 15 people have been killed and 200 more wounded in the Libyan city of Zawiya, an eyewitness told CNN.

Wounded people started arriving at the hospital Friday morning. Most of the injuries resulted from gunshots, and many of the injuries were to the head and chest.

The eyewitness said the hospital is running out of medical supplies.

"There is a river of blood here in the hospital. The situation is very bad," he said.
