Question regarding the unions and the law
Seeing as the republicans are right now trying to take away the rights of workers to use bargaining my question is this, why not fight them in the courts and sue them for first amendment violations?
After all its kind of the same argument the republicans used to get corporations first amendment protection isnt it? And the right for unions to use bargaining surely is an issue of speech isnt it?

1. The corporations have their catspaws on the SCOTUS.
The unions don't.

2. Yes but my point is if the current SCOTUS wants
to appear to be impartial or atleast claim they are then why dont the unions challenge this change by this states in the court.
