2. My poor old husband has a 31 mile drive each way to work
and bicycles are not allowed on California freeways:)

because you have universal health care and many of your cities have excellent public transportation..

We have high gas prices and NEITHER of those..

5. I bought a Suzuki Burgman scooter yesterday
65 mpg and it'll hit 110 mph. Not that I'd ever go that fast myself.

7. Going faster than 100 mph on two wheels is an unnatural act
But its fun!!!

A Burgman will only hit 110 if it is dropped from an airplane, but is still fast enough to get you in or out of trouble, depending on how you ride it.
