Scott Walker, who wants the Federal Emergency Management Agency to review snow totals and costs. It's the first step in possibly requesting a federal disaster declaration."
"Walker will then determine if the state and counties meet the criteria to request the declaration. That could reimburse agencies for 75 percent of cleanup costs."
