So far they have done the following things:

Removed ACORN......one of the best galvanizers of get out the vote

Supreme Court allowing corporations donations in secrecy

Established a system of governors to neutralize unions.....one of the largest groups supporting Democrats

Control the House of Representatives

Silenced the MSM on anything related to the will of the people or left leaning causes

Broken every rule of decency in public discourse

3. The voting machines are their first tool, everything else is just
smoke and mirrors to make their wins seem legitimate. :hi:

4. What's happening in Wisconsin.
Break up big unions, starve the Dems for funding & organized support, and they've already got the media to frame the debate.

5. The plan was to keep rich people rich. And it worked.
Unfortunately for them, Harry Reid and President Obama made them give up the next election to do that. They got the tax cut passed, but the next election will hinge on letting it expire for the top tax tiers. That's going to weight 90% of Americans against 10%, and the GOP is going to be crushed.

They don't have a plan. Eight years of disaster shows they can't write a budget themselves--all of those budgets were modifications of Bill Clinton's FY 2001 budget. They never even produced budget numbers for FY 2011, and they're still fighting over that. They have nothing at all for FY 2012.

So, they're playing political theatre, because that's all that's left to them.

If they do have a plan, it involves murder, because killing is apparently easier to the GOP than paying the bills.

6. They Know They're Not Going To Beat Obama...
In the best of times beating an incumbent is difficult. You need help from others either through a third party (Wallace in '68, Perot in '92 and Nader in '00) that will siphon off enough votes to allow a challenger to split the difference...or when the incumbent is wounded in the primaries (Carter '80). If there's a split next year I don't see it on the left (and if there is one the challenge will be minimal) but from the far right.

Polls are showing not only that President Obama still holds a strong favorable rating but that there isn't a strong GOTB candidate. If you look at their polls, no one candidate polls over 20% and each of the top candidates have major flaws within their own party that will make it tough for the party to unite next year. Many teabaggers and wingnuts were pissed in '08 with McCain and surely won't accept a Mittens...unless there's a flying monkey on the ballot they will stay home.

The game plan is to win the Senate and House and totally screw around with President Obama...attempt to make him a lame duck from the start of a second term and pile on from there in hopes of running the table big time in 2016...including a veto-proof House & Senate. Whomever they put up next year will be a sacraficial lamb...not strong enough to win and give others the cover while they work at undermining the country other ways.

8. Yeah, they're doomed.
They're not going to make any real gains in Congress, either, because the Democrats are too together on the big-ticket, mass-appeal issues. Unions, tax cuts, abortion, and so on. They've got nothing left but greed and evil, and even the a lot of the evil ones are poor now and getting hosed by their own policies.

And the disaster will continue, too, because you can bet the farm that they'll still try to steal the ones that are close enough to steal, and those elections will be obvious and focused upon.

But they have a deep bag of dirty tricks. They won't draw the line at murder, if they think they can get away with it. And they did, for eight long years.

7. Well, eliminate Unions as a funding source for the Democrats, and
keep unemployment high to keep people scared and easy to manipulate. Keep funding the extreme right and the news media to send lies represented as truth, and finally.....

To run the unbeatable combination of Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum for their pres and VP candidates in 2012....EVERYONE would love to see those two geniuses in charge of Amreica! :eyes:
